I share your opinion, Robert. The country still faces the challenge of high post-harvest loss. Farmers struggle to sell their food produce. These problems must be addressed to get more youth to take up agriculture. A point for the youth is; let us connect with markets before we start the farming season and also build networks that will give us more opportunities in agriculture as we have on the MyFarm Community platform.

Now my question is what is the government doing to the ordinary farmer who toilled in production of the food. Example in my home town Badu in the tain district cassava is in abundance in such a way that five people can not eat 1 Ghana cedi cassava, comparing the price to the cost I don’t think any farmer will make any profit with this example how do you expect the youth to get into agriculture.
