Richard, wow. So have you been able to complete a season once till harvesting?

I just read the question “What are the problems in your agricultural ventures?” I am a Cameroonian, agric. development worker and at same time a practicing farmer.

It will be surprising to many to learn that the problem problem I face most is that of “LABOUR”, persons to hire for land preparation…..up to harvesting. Those who offer their services are all crooks. They are quick are requesting for advance payment for one reason or the other. Immediately they get it, no matter how small it is, they disappear. Don’t tell me about use of tractors. You would never have one.
