In reply to Mike. Given that we have an 11 state data base that shows organic producers will make $ 500 more per acre on a five year rotation of crops verse c/ b rotation the gmo is a loser. We can takemall the organic increase in acres and keep the price as profitable and the crops are healthy, sustainable and good to use as foods verse the chenicals of gmo crops and falsemprofits to the corporations

Augustine – you dont need nor do you want subsidies. You need a stronger economy. Employment and high wages so people can improve their standards of living and have excess capital to pay for the things they need and want. GMO’s in and of themselves are not the issue. Nature has it’s own form of GMO’s that we call evolution. The danger in GMO’s is the ownership of the technology controlled by corporations that use their control influence governments and market farmers into production systems that result in dependency on the products the corporations provide. I quite agree on your point about education. Let me know if I can be of help.

GMO’s are not a solution to supplying more or better or less expensive food, feed, fuel or other agriculturally produced products. They are a solution to improved corporate profits and improved corporate control over people and politics.
GMO’s are the blueprint for corporate ownership of all our farmland.

GMO is not meant for Africans we have better soil and seed to triple our annual yields. What we need as a continent is subsidy farm Machine in order to enhance us to produced on a large scale. The higher U sow the higher u reap. GMO is suicidal bomb design to kill Africans and make profit from us. When we do soil fertility analysis between Ghana and isreal you see that Ghana has better soil with lower crops yields in vice verse. We need education but not GMO.

Given several decades of consulting on both gmo and non gmo grains. There is a simple answer gmo is not good for any sustainable operation. Gmo is less nutritional based , non gmo has some issues but the resulting grains are far healthier and sustainable. These facts are supported by independent research , the paid for research of corporations is voided by indelendent research every time.
