In reply to justice. Justice there are so many recipes . Will try and get you an easy one Wash thoroughly and cut in pieces ,cook with water and a pinch of salt. When it's ready ,add to your soup and eat with banku,fufu,ɛba etc

Just do not overcook it
I cannot say a minute or 2 because the heat source also counts. It doesn’t take so long to cook though and you can feel it by touching to test it’s softness too.
